Our thorough restoration process includes an initial inspection, an evaluation, full cleaning, and prevention of further damage. While all mold removal processes include the same basic steps, we will create a plan designed specifically for your home, business, or other property.
The first step in our mold removal process is to assess the damage with a free visual inspection. Next, we will talk with you about the issue, and do an air sampling test in the affected area, in an unaffected area, and an outdoor control sample. This testing helps us understand the scope of the problem.
Next, we create a plan for containment of the affected areas and for remediation. Remediation includes removal of any materials with mold damage that are not salvageable, and spraying areas with an antimicrobial agent to avoid future mold growth. We then HEPA vacuum the entire affected area. A HEPA air scrubber machine will be running throughout this process, and will run for the next 72 hours until the remediation is complete.
Lastly, we perform a final cleaning and a post-remediation air sampling to make sure all the mold is removed and you’re breathing healthy air. After this, we offer rebuilding services to help you get your property back to normal as quickly as possible.
